UPSE Library entertains graduate students from other universities and colleges.  Preferably, they come on Mondays when there are no classes in UP.  As outside researchers, we expect them to abide our rules and regulations especially on maintaining conducive learning spaces for users.  Also, we encourage outside researchers NOT to come during exam weeks as we allot our reading spaces for UP Econ students.

Fees are as follows:
Users from Government Agencies – Php 20.00 per visit
Users from Private Companies – Php 50.00 per visit
Students – Php 20.00 per visit
