The UPSE Library is concerned with your safety and security.  We have CCTV cameras within the vicinity.  We also strictly implement a “No ID No Entry” policy to avoid entry of unauthorized users.

Our print collections are protected by a security panel that detects books and other materials not properly checked out.

Around the area, emergency maps indicating proper evacuation during fires or earthquakes are displayed.  We also have unobstructed emergency exits and wide entrances so that you can quickly and safely get out of the building once these calamities occur.
